Terms for readers

What Souffle Douleur is

An editorial garden of reviews, guides and opinions on free games that run in a browser. Nothing is hosted, operated or sold here, and there are no accounts or paid services.

Our words and drawings

Text and drawings on Souffle Douleur were made by us, except where a page credits someone else. Borrow a sentence or two if you like, with a link that leads home to the original page. Game titles, cover art and trademarks remain with whoever owns them; they appear here only as labels for the game under review.

Facts can shift

We check carefully and replant every pick regularly, yet games and platforms change without warning. Everything here describes things as they were at our last review and comes with no guarantee.

Links that leave the garden

Game links open websites run by other companies under their own terms. Their content, uptime and conduct are not ours to answer for. A handful of outbound links can bring Souffle Douleur a referral fee; you are never charged for it, and no mark ever shifts because of it.

Writing to us

Please keep messages lawful, courteous and free of advertising or harmful attachments. Anything else may be deleted unanswered.

How far our responsibility goes

So far as the law permits, Souffle Douleur accepts no liability for losses that come from using this site or the outside sites it points to. None of this reduces the protections you hold as a consumer in Québec or elsewhere in Canada.

Which law applies

These terms answer to Québec law and to the Canadian federal rules in force there; disagreements go before the courts sitting in the Montréal district.

When these terms are revised

We revise this page now and then; the date under its heading tells you which version you are reading.
